In my 35 years in the electrical industry, if there is one thing I can tell you about electricians, it’s that good service technicians are hard to come by. Oh! I know that most electricians will tell you that they can do service work but the test comes in the field, but determining why something is not working and knowing where to look without tearing the entire electrical system apart, takes a gift that not many have. I want my customers to have their electrical problems repaired quickly with as little disruption to their lives as possible and therefore am always looking for superstar employees. Lisa Lass, Customer Service Representative

Hello, I’m Lisa Lass and I am here to provide you with excellent customer service! I moved to the Raleigh area 14 years ago after coming down here on vacation to visit a friend and then falling in love with the area and its wonderful people. I enjoy traveling as often as I can, even if it’s just a day or weekend trip to the beaches or mountains of NC. I also like making jewelry and doing a variety of other arts and crafts. The best part of being here at Express Electrical Service is that we are all part of a family working together with one goal in mind – taking care of our customers’ electrical needs. Out side of work I spend my time with my husband, my step son and my 2 year old chocolate lab. Hello, I am Jennifer Smith, I am the warehouse manager here at Express Electrical Service. I am responsible of making sure the techs have all the best material on hand, so their jobs run smoothly and efficiently. I have a wonderful husband along with, 3 wonderful children, whom two have blessed me with 3 AMAZING grandbabies. I also have 2 super Step-kids and 2 beautiful daughter-in-laws.  I also fell in love with the Cane Corso breed as well as the dachshund breed. I have 2 Cane Corso’s and 1 long haired dachshund and of course I have one kitty cat. I am blessed with family at home and at work. Hello, I’m Matthew, I’ve worked in the construction industry for around 10 years. I’m now branching out into the electrical field, which I’m excited to learn more about. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, playing video games, and admiring fast cars. I also make time for leisure activities like playing disc golf and spending time with my wife and two dogs. I’m excited to start this new chapter in my career and whatever it brings.

Hello, I’m Darius, I work in marketing here at NC Express. I try to maintain a keen eye for detail and enjoy putting that attention to detail in all my works. I am also a big dog lover and enjoy spending my free time walking on the beach with my furry friend. I really enjoy painting and drawing, it’s a form of self-expression and a way to unwind after a long day of work. Our Raleigh area Electricians are required to:

Receive annual training.
The electrical code is changing frequently and we want your service electrician to be familiar with the latest codes. This will not only ensure that your electrical system is safe, it will also help improve the value of your home.

Remain drug-free:
We demand that our Raleigh Electricians keep a clear mind and solid strong skills when working in your home or business.

Wear Foot Protectors:
Our electricians will treat your home as good if not better than their own.

Vacuum and clean up after themselves:
Each truck has cleaners, drop cloths, dustpan, broom and cordless vacuum so that we leave your home or business just as clean as we found it.

Look and act professional:
Our Raleigh area electricians know that you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Therefore they will not only look professional, but they will also speak and act professionally as well. They will not smoke in your home, leave a mess in your yard or use foul language and they will also be mindful of children and pets. We want you to WANT us to be your Raleigh area electrician for life, and will do everything possible to make that happen.
